User Agreement

By submitting any email, ideas or opinions (hereinafter, the “Emails”) to Peter Walsh Design, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. 1) All emails shall become the property of Peter Walsh Design which shall exclusively own all known or later existing rights to the emails worldwide.
2. 2) Peter Walsh Design shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the emails for any purpose without compensation to the provider of the emails.
3. 3) Peter Walsh Design reserves the right to change details in the emails to protect the privacy and identity of any third party, as it deems necessary.
